great location but some minor issues
The location is excellent, right off the freeway, making it easy to get around. The quiet atmosphere in the rooms made for a peaceful stay, and we enjoyed watching deer outside the bedroom windows. The two-bedroom suite was spacious enough for our family, giving us comfort and room to relax.

I truly enjoyed the nostalgic charm of the cabin, nestled among stunning tall pines and mountain views. The connection to nature brought a sense of peace, and sitting outside to breathe in the fresh mountain air was delightful.
Need better accessibility in common areas.

The location offers stunning views with tall pines surrounding the area. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for cooking, and the comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep.
The cleaning could use some improvement, especially in the kitchen area.

The lodge was in a great spot, close to Ruidoso Downs and outdoor fun. The indoor heated pool and game room were a hit with the kids. We even brought our little dog along, and it felt so cozy for the whole family.
My wife says that the cleaning could be improved.

The two-bedroom suite offered ample space for our group of six, making it easy to enjoy our time together. An unexpected highlight was the friendly staff lending us sleds for outdoor fun with the kids. Oh, and the ribs available in the area were a delicious treat! However, the place could benefit from some thorough cleaning, as I noticed cobwebs and dust in the corners. Additionally, the lack of housekeeping services during our stay was a bit inconvenient, and the cabins felt somewhat outdated.

The location is one of the best for outdoor enthusiasts, with stunning views and a great atmosphere for family gatherings. The staff was incredibly accommodating, lending us sleds for the kids and making our stay even more enjoyable.
The heating system was a bit noisy, which could be disruptive at night, though we managed to stay comfortable without it during our visit.
